My 140 Characters: We demonstrate that no matter what horrible situation we may go through, no matter what obstacle we face, women are able to walk through hell and make it to the other side.

My Elevateher Pitch: We need to show through example, that no matter what horrible situation we may have been through, no matter what obstacle that might be in our way, women like us have been able to walk through hell and make it to the other side. We have become stronger and better no matter what the challenge was. We maintained our looks, our health and our spirit. We enjoy life and live every moment of it. We like to have fun and experience every opportunity that comes our way. We are the role models that we want our daughters and granddaughters to see. Bounce Back Women is a project which encompasses a book of stories written by famous women, a soon to be media project and a non for profit organization.

I have survived abuse, divorce, cancer, a daughter with an addiction and a special needs granddaughter. All of this happened to a girl who lived a charmed life. From my adversities, I found my own formula for survival. I then went on to become a Published Author, Keynote Speaker, Strategic Life Coach and Confidence Expert. I am here to help any woman who is suffering, or has suffered, adversity and needs to find her way back to live a life that is whole and fulfilled.

Featured Products & Services:  As a Strategic Life Coach, I work by appointment in person, telephone, Skype and Facebook.

I am available for events as guest speaker and book signings.

What do people think you do? People think I am a Writer and Coach.

What do you actually do I am a Published Author, Strategic Life Coach, Speaker and Celebrity Confidence Expert.

Tell us about your passions! My passions are my family first. My work comes next. Helping women find self-worth and empowerment are my greatest passions.

Who|What inspires what you do? My inspiration comes from many. I am inspired by life, my great appreciation for life. I am inspired by others who have managed to achieve success in spite of a negative past. I am inspired by the arts.

Was there a turning point in your life that led to your current career? My turning point was when I was at my lowest. After surviving many adversities in my life, the worst being my daughter’s addiction, I was broken and destroyed. I knew that if I was going to survive, I had to find a way to cope. I found, passion, compassion, gratitude and confidence. Those four factors gave me the strength to go on. By finding passion it led to my purpose which was to give back and help others that might share similar adversities in their lives. Finding compassion, took me away from my own pity party and I had an overwhelming need to give back. By discovering gratitude in my darkest days, I realized that I could not be mad, sad or angry at the same time I would feel gratitude. Those feelings could not co-exist.

If money weren’t a factor, what would you be doing If money were not a factor, I would continue doing the same work.

What’s in your Bucket List? My bucket list is to reach women at a larger level. I’m working on bringing the “Bounce Back Women” project across all media channels. I would like to take this project to other countries. I would like to someday meet Oprah.

Knowing all you know now, what would you tell your 20 year old self? I would like to tell my 20 something that the most important thing to have is your self-worth. With it, it brings self-love and confidence. Without it you cannot make the right choices in life, relationships or careers.

Your go-to stress reliever? - Working out and walking in natural surroundings. Music, mostly show tunes.

How do you perceive retirement? - My quote should sum this up, “If you aspire to retire you will expire”~MBH
- For me, there isn’t an option. I love what I do so much that it does not feel like work. It feels the same to me as breathing.

Do you have a personal philosophy you’d like to share? - My personal philosophy is this; To live a fulfilled happy life, you must know your self worth.

What would you like your legacy to be? - I would like my legacy to be that I was able to show the world that no matter how horrible the situation, we all have the ability to bounce back and become amazing! I am proof.
